We feel it is important to provide further education and training opportunities for our employees. Qualification programs take place during our employee meetings, through regular coaching sessions here at BTEXX or at a third-party location, like SAP for example.

hybris is a software company headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, that sells enterprise multichannel ecommerce and product content management (PCM) software. hybris was founded in 1997 by Carsten Thoma, Moritz Zimmermann and Klaas Hermanns and is subsidiary of (German) software company SAP. The company currently has over 500 companies as customers including General Electric, West Marine, Thomson Reuters, 3M, Toys“R”Us, P&G, Levi’s and Nikon.

 - VOICE

VOICE e.V. is the association of Chief Information Managers (CIOs) and IT managers of companies from different industries in Germany. The association represents the interests of “IT users” towards IT vendors and politics in Germany and provides different benefits to its members, such as facilitating exchange of experience, collaboration between members and networking. The association was founded in November 2011 as a merger of the three CIO associations CIOcolloquium (large companies), cioforum and CIO-Circle (medium-sized companies).

 - LVM Versicherung

Over 3.1 million customers with more than 10 million contracts rely on LVM Insurance. With 2.7 billion euros of premium income and capital assets of approx. 13.6 billion euros, the company is among the 20 top primary insurance groups in Germany. On-site customer service is provided by the 2,200 LVM advisors and their 4,200 colleagues in the LVM service offices throughout the country, supported by well over 3,000 employees at the company headquarters in Münster.

The insurance group has a complete range of policies for individuals and businesses. It also offers other insurance and financial services through the LVM-owned bank, the Augsburger Aktienbank AG, and the LVM cooperation partners hkk Erste Gesundheit, Aachener Bausparkasse and Federated Investors Inc.

 - Dimension Data

The company was founded by Werner Sievers in 1983 in South Africa as an information technology specialist. It listed on the JSE Securities Exchange in 1987.
In 1998 it acquired Plessey South Africa. During the next two years it bought a series of companies in the UK, North America, Europe and Australia. It listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2000. In 2001 Dimension Data acquired ComTech Communications, an Australian company run by David Shein. In 2008 it acquired Data Processing Systems, an IT business based in the United Arab Emirates, and completed the acquisition of Datacraft Asia, which rebranded to Dimension Data in 2011.
In July 2010, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone announced an agreed takeover of Dimension Data in a £2.12 billion ($3.24 billion) deal. The offer was declared unconditional on 11 October 2010, with over 93% of shareholders having agreed to tender their holdings.
On June 30, 2011 OpSource Inc. was acquired by Dimension Data Holdings, naming Steve Nola the CEO of Dimension Data Cloud Solutions, who at the time was CEO of Dimension Data Australia.
In 2012, Dimension Data was positioned in the Leaders Quadrant of the Gartner Communications Outsourcing and Professional Services Magic Quadrant (COPS) Worldwide report as well as the Gartner Cloud Infrastructure as a Service Magic Quadrant.
